30-day free returns
- All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
- For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 5 working days after we receive the order.
12-month warranty
- All devices come with a 12-month warranty that cover all technical malfunctions, including the battery and camera.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
Our grades
‘Fair’ grade devices will have signs of use which would typically include light scratches but could potentially include deeper scratches. There could also be dents on the body. The device will work just fine - and there’s no scratch or dent that a case can’t hide.
Every device has been fully tested, including a 75-point quality check to validate everything is 100% functional. All our devices include a healthy battery, with minimum of 80% battery capacity.

What are our Grades?
Our grades correspond to the state of external wear of our refurbished products. We have created a simplified and clear cosmetic classification system that precisely defines the grade of each device:
Pristine: Like-new condition, flawless screen and body.
Very Good: Light scratches not visible at more than 12 inches. Screen may have light sign of wear, not visible when is in operation.
Good: Light but obvious scratches or dings visible on the screen and body.
Fair: Signs of use including potentially deep scratches and possible dents on the screen and body.
What is the battery health of my device?
All our devices undergo rigorous quality checks to make sure that they’re in top condition. When it comes to the battery, we make sure that these provide at least 90% of their initial charging capacity. We also offer devices with a New Battery – providing 100% battery health – if you need additional peace of mind, or you can opt for an Original Battery – providing 80% battery health – if you’re more of a casual user and want a budget-friendly alternative.
