Then, we take it to one of our testing facilities, where we REFRESH it by wiping all the data and running over 75 quality checks (like testing connectivity on Wi-Fi, 5G, Bluetooth). We then check how the device looks, before giving it a grade so you know exactly what you’re getting - this only impacts the way your device looks; all devices go through our same rigorous testing process regardless of their grade. Finally, we REVIVE it, wrapping your next device in sustainable packaging made from recycled materials and delivering it to you to start its new life.
