Unlike other companies, we’re in control of the whole refurbishment process. That means we know exactly how your device has been treated at every step of its journey to you. First, we RECOVER a device from trustworthy partners. That device then goes to one of our testing facilities, where we REFRESH it, by wiping all the data and running over 75 quality checks (like testing connectivity on Wi-Fi, 5G, Bluetooth). We then check how the device looks, before giving it a grade so you know exactly what you’re getting. This only impacts the way your device looks; regardless of the grade of device you decide to buy, they all go through our same rigorous testing process. Finally, we REVIVE it, wrapping your next device in sustainable packaging made from recycled materials and delivering it to you to start its new life.
And since we’re in control of the whole cycle, we know exactly how much Co2 you saved at every single step - something other sellers can only estimate.
