Sales Terms and Condition
Before purchasing, please ensure you read and agree to our company’s terms and conditions. We set out terms to ensure your pleasant shopping experience with us. If you do not agree with the stated terms and conditions, we advise that you do not use our website for any information or purchasing.
Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.
We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Loop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.
We accept Paypal, all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay. For Paypal payments please ensure that your Paypal registered shipping details match your registered shipping details at our website.
Orders received before 1pm (BST) during business days will ship same day. Orders received after 1pm or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Loop-Mobile will not authorize any address changes once the order has been received.
Loop-Mobile will not be responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.
All our refurbished products are backed-up by a warranty that can go up to 12 months from the date of purchase by the consumer. It covers all technical malfunctions but does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft. You must contact our Customer service before returning any product and to ensure that your product is under warranty.
Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a minimum £35.00 inspection fee or subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Any non-refurbished device.
- Accessories including but not limited to phone case or screen protector.
- Consumable parts such as batteries, charger cable and headphones.
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, broken screen, or broken case.
- Damage caused by use with another product.
- Damage caused by operating the product outside the Manufacturer guidelines (e.g. Apple, Samsung, Google etc…).

Loop-Mobile reserves the right to amend or change the site within the World Wide Web at our discretion. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions
Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Loop Mobile’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Loop Mobile through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Loop Mobile. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Loop Mobile or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Loop Mobile mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
