- Orders received before 1pm Monday-Friday will ship on the same day.
- Orders received after 1pm or on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next available business day.
- All orders are delivered with DHL Express (unless otherwise stated) and come with tracking. DHL guarantee delivery in 1-2 working days.
30-day free returns
- All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
- For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 5 working days after we receive the order.
12-month warranty
- All devices come with a 12-month warranty that cover all technical malfunctions, including the battery and camera.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
Our grades
A ‘Fair’ grade device will have signs of use which would typically include light scratches but could potentially include deeper scratches. There could also be dents on the phone body.
The phone has been fully tested with over 75 hardware and software features rigorously checked to ensure the phone is 100% functional with a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
